Here's a photo of them in their box in my living room." DuoTwo who are very different--both central to my continued efforts. On the right , Christine Datz-Romero, remarkably focused woman in New York City, stands tall in determination to bring worm composting to the hard streets of New York City. This 1996 photo as I first saw her one freezing day at Union Square Greenmarket where she collects your garbage (compostables) three times a week. To purchase vermicompost or red worms from her, take a tour of her now-expanded compost activities through the Lower East Side Ecology Center, email oreinc@earthlink.net Ron Bloom is on the left. Always there for me--feedback, schlepping, adding his own creativity to mine. |
